At ShadesnFrames, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect shape.

• All original packaging must be included.

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are only applicable once the returned product is received and inspected.
If the product is not returned in perfect condition, the refund will not be approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
